Bylaws Committee

The Bylaws Committee reviews the national ACEP Bylaws for areas that may be in need of revision. They also review proposed Bylaws resolutions to determine if there are conflicts with other portions of the College Bylaws, proposed Council Standing Rules, and proposed College Manual resolutions to determine if there are implications for the Bylaws if the resolutions are adopted. The Bylaws Committee also reviews chapter bylaws focusing on possible conflicts with College Bylaws, compliance with the form and content, and internal consistency and overall clarity.
