Dr. Middlebrook is a board-certified emergency physician, who works at Goldsboro Emergency Medical Specialists, part of the UNC Health Wayne system.  He completed a pain management fellowship at St. Joseph’s University Regional Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Middlebrook is passionate about promoting and improving the quality of pain management in the emergency department.
