Kickoff Party at the Philadelphia Convention Center
- Monday, October 9, 7:30 – 11:00 pm
- Children are welcome to explore with their parents, enjoy snacks specifically designed for kids’ tastes, music, dancing, and activities for families of all ages.
Exhibit Hall
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
We'd love to welcome your guests. Please purchase a $75 guest pass to access ACEP23 events.
*Adult supervision required for everyone under 18
Child Care Opportunities
Childcare is available for children 6 months to 12 years old with special age-oriented activities planned at the Philadelphia Marriott.
Advance registration is required, and reservations are due by Friday, September 1, 2023. All families MUST pre-register for childcare by this date to staff accordingly. Drop-in accommodations will not be available.
