Transition to LIVE-STREAMED Online Event

After much discussion with faculty and leaders, ACEP has made the difficult decision for the 2023 Advanced Pediatric Emergency Medicine Assembly to transition from a live event in New York City to an online LIVE-STREAMED event.

The post-COVID-19 meeting landscape has been unpredictable and we are still working to best determine what type of meeting attendees want and need. As with other medical societies, there is some trial and error in this space, and we are working to be nimble, responsible with college dollars and responsive to our members and the EM community.

This scheduling shift potentially allows more people to take part in this great education and interaction with expert faculty – despite decreased CME travel budgets or comfort levels with travel.  
 
All courses will be exclusively live-streamed on the same dates, at the same times. Plus, you can access the course recordings on demand through May 3.

Cancellation Policy

Full conference registration, less the $200 cancellation fee, is refundable only if submitted in writing to meetingregistrar@acep.org 30 days prior to the beginning of the conference. Registrations and cancellations received after the 30-day deadline are not refundable. Exceptions will be made for family emergencies and must be submitted in writing to meetingregistrar@acep.org. For these instances, the full conference registration fee, less the $200 admin fee, will be refunded. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash payments will be refunded by check.
