This section is designated as a source for TEMS Protocols, Guidelines, MOUs (Memorandums Of Understanding), and other documents that may be of interest to you.

The goal of arranging this "share-ware" storage site is to allow other ACEP TEM physicians, and TEMS teams, to be able to download and modify/customize these for application locally within their own units.

The benefit will be to allow new units to form, and also existing units may be able to borrow wording and specific legal language to improve their current MOUs, protocols, and other documents.

The members of our section would appreciate any existing TEMS or EMS agency that is able to post their own agency's MOU / protocol/guideline/contracts to this site.

If the municipality involved is unable to give permission to share the document, then perhaps the agency's document can have the city/county "name" removed (replaced with simply "this town" or "this city"), and then the document may be shared.

If the document is sent to ACEP TEMS Section leaders to share, then it is implied that all permissions from that municipality/organization have been obtained.
