2. Share Boarding Stories

3. Connect to Burnout

The boarding crisis also hurts emergency care teams and fuels burnout, which shouldn't be forgotten as we raise concerns about the effect on patient care.

In the current boarding crisis, some patients are waiting for days, weeks, and even months in the ER to get the treatment they need.
