Guidelines for Rental of the Membership List

Notice to the Users of the Membership Mailing List

You have been granted authorization to use the enclosed mailing list under the following conditions:

  1. The enclosed list is to be used only for the purpose of distributing the material previously submitted and reviewed by the College. Additional usage will require submission of an additional request to ACEP.
  2. Failure of the recipient of this mailing list to adhere to the conditions established by ACEP for the use of the list may result in legal action. Such misuse will render the user liable for all damages to the College that arise from litigation, attorney fees, court costs, and expenses incurred because of misuse.
  3. All rights to distribution and use of the list are solely the property of the American College of Emergency Physicians. The list may not be reproduced or stored in any manner, either in part or in whole. This statement prohibits the user from producing individualized repetitious letters.
  4. Each purchase is a separate contract between ACEP and the user and shall imply no obligation of ACEP to enter into future contracts for the use of the list.

You will receive an invoice for the cost of mailing list within four weeks. Payment is required within 30 days of the receipt of the invoice. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
